What you could be doing...

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and matching them with the right vehicle
  • Providing expert guidance on vehicle features, finance options, and additional services to enhance the customer experience
  • Managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for customers
  • Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets with the support of a structured sales process and dedicated supporting roles
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to confidently present vehicles and associated services
  • Delivering an exceptional level of customer service, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business

What we’re looking for...

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, with a strong track record of success
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, ensuring every client receives a tailored experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple enquiries effectively
  • A results-driven mindset, with the ambition to exceed sales targets
  • A full UK driving licence
