Installation Support Technician

About the Role

As an Installation Support Technician, you will provide technical customer support and manage the installation and maintenance of touchscreen kiosks and related equipment. This varied role allows you to contribute directly to enhancing the customer experience for high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations Lead to prepare and brand all components for installation.
  • Assemble, brand, and configure kiosks, print stations, and touchscreen displays for rapid deployment.
  • Train on-site staff in product assembly, printer consumables, FAQs, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to provide intermittent weekend support, ensuring continuous technical support for customers outside regular hours.
  • Offer first-line support for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining kiosk app designs using CSS coding for styling and presentation.

About the Role

As part of the sales team, you’ll be the cornerstone of customer support, managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Account Management: Build and develop relationships with existing customers to increase their annual spend.
