Opus Vitae is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, who are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high standards and ensuring a seamless parts operation within a leading Mercedes-Benz dealership.
What you could be doing...
- Assisting technicians by sourcing and supplying the correct parts for vehicle repairs
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, in-person, and wholesale channels, ensuring exceptional service
- Tracking and managing incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining an efficient stock system
- Locating and ordering parts when stock is unavailable, ensuring minimal downtime for customers
- Processing payments and ensuring all parts are accurately billed
- Packaging and shipping returns to manufacturers in line with company policies
- Using parts manuals and databases to correctly identify components based on vehicle specifications
What we’re looking for...
- Previous experience in a parts advisor role
- Strong communication skills to ensure clarity and efficiency when assisting customers and colleagues
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
- Resilience to handle challenges effectively while maintaining high service standards
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving both personal and team success
