DMOS People are currently searching for a Night Shift Supervisor to join a fantastic business based in the Telford area.

The role is based on a Night shift, covering the working week of Monday to Thursday, with Friday, Saturday, Sunday off!

Salary is based between £38,453.99 - £40,853.99 per year.

The Role

• Managing daily schedules & employee shifts
• Assign duties to staff & oversee production targets
• Set up & train new employees
• Checking machinery & tools to ensure they are up to standards
• Additional duties
• Previous experience in Welding/Fabrication

Required Experience

• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
• Training of staff previously
• Experience using a large variety of machinery & tools
