Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Package finished products according to specific guidelines and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment
  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to the appropriate supervisor

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a production or packing environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Good understanding of quality control principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures

Day-to-day

The Production Operative will spend their days operating machinery, monitoring the production process, conducting quality checks, and packaging finished products. They will work closely with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment while following standard operating procedures and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience
